LEADERSHIP

Elders are spiritual leaders who guide, teach, and care for the church family. They provide wisdom, prayerful oversight, and encouragement, helping believers grow in their faith and live according to God’s Word. Elders serve humbly, following Christ’s example as shepherds who nurture the congregation with love (1 Peter 5:2–3).
